Norwood House

Located close to the village green, at 43 Elm Street, the Norwood House was built in 1834. It's just down the street from the town office, and has seasonal water views from the second floor. We love working in this handsome old building, and have changed very little to make the space into offices.

Oriental rugs are still scattered on hardwood floors and red geraniums still brighten the windows, just as they always have. The old dining room is our meeting room. Its long Mission-style oak table is a great place to spread out plans and blueprints, or the Wednesday lunches we share in the winter. We still use the old kitchen with its slate sink, and we store office supplies in the built-in glass-front china cabinets. A focal point to many, and a great pleasure to us all are the cottage-style gardens created by Robin Horty, Scott's wife. Come visit, and we'll give you a tour.
